We had our first real (not problem oriented) pre-natal appointment yesterday. The turkey is measuring right on target and has a very strong heartbeat! It was moving like crazy and waving its tiny arms and legs! We are thrilled and Eleanor watched in amazement as Dr. Hagood showed her the baby. I know she has NO idea, but the heartbeat sound really got her attention.
I am feeling pretty sick still- now all day long. I have lost 6 lbs which shocked me. I am not eating as much since I feel so nauseated, but when I do all I want is hamburgers, pizza or mac and cheese. I figured those would keep the weight on! If you know me, I am a sweets person through and through. I have absolutely no desire for sweets which is NOT normal! Weirdly enough, Scott has been a sweets fanatic the past few weeks which is also not normal! Sympathy eating??
In the black circlish shape, (this is for my mom who cannot read these things!) head to the left, the two little things side by side are arms and the other little thing is the umbilical cord.

I hate that you're not feeling well, but I'm so glad you had a great appointment! I've heard you crave sweets with girls, so maybe a boy??
