We headed to the hill country for Founder's Day in my Aunt's little town of Dripping Springs, TX outside Austin. It's a HUGE BBQ cook-off with giant smokers and pork/beef galore! Scott entered the pork contest this year for the first time. He didn't win, but he is already talking about next year! Eleanor was of course running around like crazy- picking up trash???!!?? She loved being outside all day and eating hamburgers, funnel cakes, BBQ and salsa.

I look scary, but cute of EleanorWe also stopped at Scott's parent's house for a few nights too while we were in the area! Eleanor and her cousin Gus (4) played ball in the backyard for an hour and Eleanor really looked up to everything Gus did!
