Fun Things Eleanor is Doing at 12 Months

1. Moos at cows and quacks at ducks and screams (?) and meows whenever she sees a cat- she is obsessed!

2. Her words:

• bye bye
• hi
• cat
• dog
• that (for what's that and points each time she says it)
• dada
• nana (we think it is for "mama")

3. She signs "more" and "eat" when hungry. We are seriously working on "please"!

4. LOVES being chased and cracks up everytime we do it

5. Wants to walk EVERYWHERE since she seriously started walking about 2 weeks ago

6. She loves to play peek a boo and "hides her face" by putting her hands on top of her head

7. When she does something we praise her for, she raises her hands and waits for us to say "yay!"

8. When the phone rings, she puts her hand up to her ear and says "hi"

9. When I pick up my handbag, she always waves bye and blows kisses to whoever or whatever is in the room- even if we are not going anywhere!

10. Can point to a cat, dog, red balloon (Goodnight Moon) in books when I ask her what they are.
