Scott & I took an AMAZING trip to Roatan for Louis's 70th bday. We were gone for 5 nights- 7 total from the girls. I had a hard time leaving them, but all anxiety was gone once we arrived.

Our sweet Chef Susan. She is amazing! We had lobster, shrimp, fish and chicken almost every night. They eat alot of rice, beans and plantains- we had them at every meal. Coconut milk in rice is so yum.
