Eleanor 3 years 4 Months

Eleanor has had a great summer- dance camp, CCDC summer fun days and many playdates at the pool, our house and anywhere we can be INSIDE!

What you are up to Eleanor:

* You love to have conversations about how and why you got in trouble.  You told me tonight that I was mean to you, mad at you and said bad words (not true!)
* You love to make playhouses and play baby with your stuffed animals
* You love to invite" the princesses" to our house.  We let them in the door every morning and have breakfast with them
*  You can write several letters, but not your name yet.  You can spell it with magnetic letters.
*  You are such a good swimmer these days.  You would like to be without a floatie, but I prefer you to be in one
*  You love to help cook, especially cracking eggs
*  You like to tell me how to do your hair.  You specifically told me that you did not want pig tails because "boys do not like them"!
*  You love to "take walks" in our front yard. You stroll your bunny around on the sidewalk
*  You love to jump on the bed with daddy
*  You talk about how "when I was a little girl, I liked this and that" and " we did that last week or yesterday about anything we did in the past"
*  You want everything in any store.  It is challenging to teach you that money does not grow on trees!
*  You are learning the 10 commandments and like to reference them when you do something wrong
*  You cannot wait to wake Amelia up every morning.  You get in our bed for about 15 min and then cannot sit still talking about Amelia.  Then you are not so nice to her once she wakes up :)
*  You love to play with Amelia and get really upset when she won't do exactly what you want her to do.
*  You challenge just about everything we tell you and want to know why and when and where and how.  You are so curious and smart!
*  You love to sing and make up silly words to songs that you know.
