Potty Trained

I think Eleanor is officially potty trained!
Day 1- Spent in pajama top and panties all day. The book I read suggested "drills" anytime there was an accident (first day only). She would have to run from another room to the potty room and pull her panties down sit on the potty and then pull them up and run back to the other room. 10 times. It was a little brutal, but it worked. By that afternoon, she told us that she had to tee tee!!

On Day 2, she only had 2 accidents! We ran around bottomless all day (until she begged to go out in the front yard and swing).

Day 4- in real clothes and panties! We even ventured out to Lanie's house (who is also potty training) and the girls did great- not one accident!
She has not had any accidents in 2 days, but I keep waiting for the bottom to fall out! We still remind her about every 45 min- the book suggested this as the maintenance phase since toddlers are very preoccupied and it seems to work well for us. She is pretty good at going when she needs to, but out in the real world (MDO, play dates etc) I know things will be tough and the reminders will be necessary. Needless to say, we are SOOO proud of her. She seems to have grown up so much in the past few days.
