Eleanor is obsessed with animals
Eleanor: Mommy, I want a horse for my birthday
Me: Where will we keep it?
Eleanor: the front yard mommy!
Me: Well, there is isn't a fence and he will get out
Eleanor: Oh mommy, I meant the backyard. He can drink out of the pool and we have a big fence back there!
Eleanor re: Scott and I allergic to cats
Eleanor: When I don't live in this house anymore, I am going to have six kitties!
Me: You aren't going to live with me forever?
Eleanor: Oh yes I am mommy!
Amelia loves to examine people's yards and notices every time someone has left up a holiday decoration too long- Halloween, Christmas, Valentines etc ( like as early one day past) and has actually told neighbors that it was time to take their stuff down.
Amelia: Mommy- what are those things on your forehead?
Me: What do you mean?
Amelia: Those lines, Mommy
Me: Wrinkles
Amelia: what are wrinkles?
Me: You get them when you are old Amelia
Amelia: So when I am an THIS big and tall and 5 and a half I get to have wrinkles?
