Moving On

Our sweet, cozy first home
I know homes are only material things, but I feel so blessed to have lived in this precious house and to have experienced all that we did here.

We got married while in this house
We had many cookouts, parties, dinner groups that lasted until the wee hours of the morning
We got through Scott's MBA and new jobs
We have had many guests- college and high school friends, family
We remodeled a bathroom and made a master closet
We purchased a new inside and outside AC (not fun)
We got a new fence
We had mice
We painted alot
We got pregnant in this house (twice)
We put together SO many baby toys and gear
We brought home the loves of our lives and doubled our little family
We learned to be parents
We had MANY sleepless nights
We watched our girls sit up, crawl, walk and talk
We potty trained
We transitioned Eleanor to a big girl bed
We had lots of sicky days and nights
We spent countless hours in the backyard
We built a swingset by hand
We had lots of date nights
We had lots of jumping "parties" on the bed
We cleaned lots of crayon off the wall
We have used every square inch of this house while playing and living
We made best friends with our neighbors that will be life long friends

We are so excited about our new house, but it is very emotional leaving Larchwood behind. I pray we have as many wonderful memories in our new house!
