Eleanor went to her first day of Mother's Day Out yesterday. It was SO hard to drop her off- I was quite teary. The teachers said she did very well though. She only cried when "mama" was mentioned by other babies and she napped well on a mat. Not sure if I believe that, but that is what the teacher said! She has only ever slept in a crib or pack n play, so I was concerned about the nap mat. I enjoyed my day, but actually really missed her. It sounds silly, but I just felt off all day without her!

I know that feeling! After a few months (or maybe sooner) you will really be able to enjoy your day off and so will she! :)
I cannot believe how much Eleanor has grown! Her backpack and outfit are SO cute!! I can't imagine how hard those first days/weeks must be, but I'm sure you both are doing and will do great :). Looking forward to hearing mother's day out stories!
